How do I book equipment to hire?

To make an equipment booking with Hirepool, there are three ways to do this

1) Ordering online at www.hirepool.co.nz

2) Calling your local Hirepool branch

2) Calling your Hirepool Sales Rep

Booking via our website is the recommended option as this allows you to make bookings 24/7, plus it allows our staff to have the equipment ready to go before you arrive meaning we can provide you with a simple and speedy hire experience. When booking online there is no payment required up front and is made at the time equipment is picked up or delivered.

Existing Hirepool trade account customers can order equipment online and have it charged to their Hirepool trade account. If you haven’t done this before, it is a quick simple process to set up your online trade user account, click the link below    https://cart.hirepool.co.nz/register-trade

Non-Hirepool trade account customers can also order equipment online and will need to have a credit/debit card to secure the booking, however, only a $1 pre-authorisation will be charged to the card at the time of booking. Your card will be charged for the full hire amount at the time the equipment is collected or delivered. To set up your online account for making bookings click the link below https://cart.hirepool.co.nz/register
