With the Government announcement for Auckland to move to Alert Level 3 at 11.59pm on Tuesday 21st September, all Hirepool branch are now open and operating at standard trading hours. All our branches across the country will be operating with contactless hires and observing all legal requirements and and our own safe operating procedures for your safety.
Customers are asked to remain in their vehicles when they enter a branch and our staff will come out and maintain safe distancing to serve you in our drive through.
We adopt a strictly contactless way of operating, making use of our CX platform to serve customers and to take payment. We will not accept cash payments and there is no need to sign contracts, a copy of the hire contract will be emailed to customers and by having the contract emailed, will constitute acceptance of our terms and conditions of hire.
The wearing of face masks by all staff, customers and visitors is mandatory.
