Our Health and Safety Management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018 International Occupational health and Safety Standards. While this provides assurance that the current Hirepool Health and Safety management system is robust in its approach we also recognise and embrace the continuous improvement objectives of the ISO standard. Hirepool is listed on the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand certified companies register https://register.jasanz.org/certified-organisations. Achieving ISO 45001 also affords Hirepool automatic acknowledgment through the Totika prequalification process.

Totika is a managed pre qualification process particularly used within the construction industry. Hirepool is automatically recognised due to its achievement of ISO45001.
Hirepool is part of the Accident Compensation Corporations Accredited Employers Program (AEP). Hirepool manages all work related injuries in house with the assistance of a third party provider, this allows us to provide support for injured employees right from the day of injury and to continue to support them through diagnostics and rehabilitation until they return to their pre injury role. To maintain membership to AEP Hirepool completes an annual external audit of its management system and injury management practices, Hirepool has maintained certification at Tertiary level for the last 10 years.
