That’s right! The Hirepool Baitmates Fishing Comp is back! Go fishing with your mates at your favourite spot in your own time during April and be in to win prizes from a $50,000 prize pool!

This comp is open to everyone, from seasoned anglers to first-time fishos. And this year, we’ve even introduced a category for kids!

All entries include an angler pack. 

• Adult angler packs include an official comp t-shirt, official comp measure mat (if required), Hirepool bandana and a $20 Hirepool voucher. 
• Child angler packs include an official comp t-shirt, Hirepool bandana and Black Magic snatcher flasher rig. 

It almost sounds too good to be true! 

Eligible fish species for all include: 

• Snapper                             
• Gurnard
• Kahawai                            
• Blue Cod

Eligible fish species for adults only include: 

• Tarakihi
• Kingfish                             
• Trevally

Prizes are aplenty, and the lute is top-notch. And, if we haven’t got you on the line yet, entry fees are as cheap as chips! 

• $25 for children
• $40 for Hirepool Trade Account Customers 
• $50 for everyone else.
