Yes, we do deliver, however, will be delivery charges.
The delivery driver will have a copy of the Hire Agreement for you to read and sign.
If you have visited a Hirepool branch prior to your equipment being delivered in most cases the bond and deposit should have been settled.
Yes – Our team will demonstrate the operation of the equipment, outline any safety hazards or issues that may arise with the item(s).

If the branch is in the same city then this shouldn’t be a problem however if you are looking to pick up equipment from a branch in one town city and drop it off at another town/city this needs to be discussed in advance and will incur a relocation fee.

No. Unfortunately, any equipment left after hours cannot be secured, so you will need to arrange to have it returned to us when we are open.

Delivery is calculated based on the type of transport required to move your item.
Some items can be delievered via a ute by the local branch however some items may require a transport provider to deliver in which case delivery will be more expensive. Costs will be calculated based on distance from the branch to the delivery location.
Our delivery service spans New Zealand wide, however, delivery costs may very in different locations.
Yes we will. As part of our service, we will help load the equipment in/on to your vehicle. If you are hiring a trailer, our team will hook it to your vehicle and ensure all lights are functioning.
